just got my website back and I am about to have a birthday so things are looking up. Played a Gig in Munich on Monday (Sept 3) with Jim Klopfenstein. It was a blast. Train there and back was a bit tedious though. Anyone want to be my roadie give ma a call...

Sitting On Gold

Hi well its almost Christmas a very strange time of year so many things happen I was playing in a blizzard yesterday the case was full of snow as well for the cds I was trying to sell I was very angry because the organ grinder musician was there in one of the best places and wouldnt move however I was determined and did my thing what Im trying to say is many people sit on gold and dont even know it and a guy who bought my cd told me its the best he has heard in ages thats a compliment think on that and believe in yourselves and dont let fear rule you,

Hi again been a while well a lot has happened in this month . I finished playing the main acting role in a short film agent parody with music from all mixed up a lot of time a lot of work but hope its pays off . As you know in this business nothings easy these days . No luck with the female species

Well here I am again, April was good with Harley Davidson, and also recently winning the forth place in the Country contest. However at the moment no jobs so many offers and what is positive? I think that in this business the only person you can rely on is yourself cause you cant get down. I am depesperatly looking for work, and anyone and anyone who can read this blog and know of gigs I would appreciate it. Got to keep on with the spring cleaning aand thats not bla bla bla later dave

Hi again been a while and after contacting 50 agencies in Germany I can only say its hard but all you artists out there that have been in the same boat especially when your over 30 it seems strange and the only thing I can say is if you got the talent and believe in yourself never give up .Nobody wanted Col.Sanders recipe for KFC, but he just never gave up and after being refused 1000 times guess what 1001 he got the deal and its the same in the musicbiz the challange is great so go for it and digital distribution helps but the main thing is jobs touring and getting a deal with the right people theres a big world out there and the net is one of the greatest things for comunication in all fields of enertainment and art later dave

Back on Track ...

Well, it's been a long time, and a lot of things have happened. I played in Ingolstadt in The Shamrock (you can see pictures here) this is the first Irish pub I've played in three years.

I was very surprised how nice it was to entertain the people again, even though they were very young (but they all knew wild world and the blues). The realization for me is that I've got to get back on the road, and get married to a Witch Riddow (rich widow :))

Even though you didn't listen to the last CD, well; watch out there is another one on the way.

Another day

Well Regensburg a bit grey today but I'm used to it but sometimes it hurts to see all these so called happy couples but you get used to being alone when your busy and active. I see more people are looking at my Homepage but not signing the guest book so I'm gonna stop soon the free downloads as everyone knows nothing is for free. Still hoping to find the love of my life a good woman with both feet on the ground and similar interests well going out soon to do my walkabout.
